Download stuck ps4

 · I bought a 2nd PS4 and was in the process of downloading a bunch of games. In order to help speed up some downloads, I paused some of the larger ones. Now one of those paused game downloads appears stuck. When I go to the download queue, it's paused. Download stuck at Preparing (0%) I got uncharted a while ago and finished most of it, but a few weeks later my ps4 was reset and a new hard drive was needed. Now, I tried to play uncharted and its stuck at preparing with 0%. I bought a 2nd PS4 and was in the process of downloading a bunch of games. In order to help speed up some downloads, I paused some of the larger ones. Now one of those paused game downloads appears stuck. When I go to the download queue, it's paused. I am unable to resume it. Once the PS4 adds the " update file " to your download list, stop the download by deleting the update file. Let the other file download and install. Start the game, and play through the tutorial and then quit the game and THEN download and install the update file. This way the update downloads and installs OUTSIDE of the game instead of causing you to be stuck in-game during this process which totally provents you from doing anything else.
